Hi, I’m Brad St. Clair, an evangelist and evangelism coach based in Springfield, Missouri.
Call It My Mission Statement –
Turning Scared Believers into Confident Witnesses
YouEvangelized exists to help believers confidently share the life-changing message of the gospel with others.
I equip and encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone and live as bold witnesses for Jesus through both your words and actions.
My goal is to spark a growing passion for evangelism, so that every believer can joyfully and intentionally live out the Great Commission.

Every journey has a starting point, and mine started with a heart full of love for Jesus.
Problem was, it also came with a serious case of nerves when it came to actually talking about Him.
If you've ever felt that pit in your stomach, wondering how to share your faith, you're in good company.
This is how I went from being a quiet Christian to finding my voice, even when it felt super scary - and YOU can too.
I was truly born again when I was 13 years old.
I loved Jesus with all my heart and wanted to live for Him.
I wanted to find His purpose for my life and fulfill it. Soon, I sensed that I needed to tell others that God loves them and cares for them.
I just did not understand how to do this. (Nobody gave me an instruction manual!)
As I grew older, I tried to be a quiet witness for Jesus. I carried my Bible to school.
I guess I thought if I carried it around enough, maybe people would just absorb the Gospel by osmosis- without me ever saying a word. . 😂
I told people, "I'll pray for you." I went to church and invited friends to come.
When someone asked a Bible question, I answered the best I could.
By God's grace, I led a couple of people to Christ.
But I still did not have the courage or confidence to open my mouth and start a conversation about Jesus.
I didn’t know how to get started.
My evangelism strategy was basically wait and hope someone asks me about the Bible I'm carrying.
Or maybe ask me because they see the light of Jesus shining through me.
That pattern stuck with me for years.
It followed me through four years in the U.S. Marine Corps (where I was trained to face the enemy, but still not able to start a faith conversation), and into marriage and family life.
In bootcamp, I trained to run toward gunfire. But approaching a stranger to talk about Jesus? I wanted to dive into a foxhole.
It proved something to me: training leads to action. So if you want to share the gospel, learn how — and practice until you’re ready to step in.
I loved the Lord, but I stayed mostly quiet, unless someone brought it up. I knew I should share the gospel, but fear held me back.
Something changed in July 2004.
I came across an evangelism message called "Hell's Best Kept Secret" by Evangelist Ray Comfort.
God used that message to light a fire in me for evangelism.
I saw the absolute need for Christians to be intentional witnesses for Christ— not only by how we live, but by what we say.
I realized we do not have to wait for someone to bring up God first.
We can be bold and start the conversation ourselves.
That truth shook me — and that’s saying something, because I don’t shake easily… unless I’ve had too much coffee. 😉
I knew God had put a passion for evangelism in me.
The problem remained: I still did not know how to start a gospel conversation, and I was terrified to try.
My idea of "bold witnessing" was wearing a Christian t-shirt and hoping someone would read it.
Spoiler alert: not a bad idea. But that's not exactly what Jesus had in mind for me.
Ever since God gave me that passion to be a witness for Jesus and share the gospel, I have been on a learning path.
I looked around at church and among Christian friends, and I noticed something:
Almost no one in my circle was teaching believers how to do this in a simple, practical way.
Most of the advice was just, “pray about it,” which didn’t help much in this situation — and yes, I had already tried that.
I went back to Ray Comfort's sermon and saw it was tied to an evangelism ministry called "Way of the Master."
Through them, I found a partner ministry at the time called "The Great News Network" (GNN).
I reached out to GNN, found a local street-witnessing team, and started going out with them.
There, on sidewalks and at events, I began learning how to share my faith in real conversations - with real people!
I have never regretted that decision.
You can make the decision to stop delaying and get busy with evangelism.
GNN launched the next phase of my evangelism life. Things got exciting fast. It was thrilling, terrifying—and the best preparation possible.
You're ready to share your faith, but maybe you're not sure how to start.
This section explains how YouEvangelized will walk alongside you, turning your uncertainty into bold confidence through practical coaching and a supportive community.
First, I've been where you are.
I've been afraid of not knowing what to say.
I will go out of my way to explain evangelism in clear, simple terms—no complex theological language that requires a seminary degree to decode.
I'll give you practical ideas that you can put into action right away.
I turn your fear into confidence.
The fear may not vanish overnight (I'm not a magician), but it will fade.
I will show you how to share without being weird. No pushy tactics.
No cornering people at parties.
You’ll learn how to weave faith into everyday conversations — naturally, respectfully, and for real.
Your friends won’t think you’ve joined a cult… they’ll just know you care.
I spent years sitting in church loving Jesus but rarely telling anyone about Him—basically, I was God's best-kept secret.
I don't want that for you.
I'm here to help everyday people like us find courage, because the reality of eternity makes silence too costly.
I’ll walk with you as you grow — one step at a time. No sprinting required.
We’re building a community that will pray for you, cheer you on, and help you back up after those “well… that came out wrong” moments.
From fear to faithful witness, we’ll walk with you until, by God’s grace, you become the confident witness He’s calling you to be (Acts 1:8).
Even though I'm super passionate about sharing Jesus, there's definitely more to me than just ministry.
Here’s a peek into my everyday life, showing that God loves to use regular folks like you and me for His big plans.
My Large Family
I live in Springfield, Missouri in the United States.
I’m married and have 4 grown children and 9 grandchildren- 17 of us in all!
That’s enough grandkids to field our own baseball team, though getting them all to look at the camera at once is a miracle in itself.
In my daily life, I try to hand out gospel tracts, ask people if I can pray for them, and look for open doors to talk about spiritual things.
When the Lord opens a door, I share the gospel as simply and clearly as I can.
When I’m not training believers to share their faith, I enjoy riding my Honda Goldwing motorcycle.
I’ve even taken on some extreme endurance challenges.
This goes to show that if you focus on something - even evangelism - and determine you're going to learn and do it, nothing will stop you!
One was a 1,556-mile ride completed in under 24 hours, officially known as the “Bun Burner Gold”, through the Iron Butt Association!
Completing this 1,556-mile ride took focus and discipline. If we can set our minds to finish a grueling challenge like this, we can surely learn to share the Good News with those we love. And yes, if you are wondering—the name is accurate. It definitely lives up to the title! But for me, riding is not just about the miles or the endurance.
I’ve been able to get into some amazing witnessing conversations during my stops. Getting out of routine and talking about Jesus or praying with someone is energizing.
I also use those long hours on the road to pray for others while riding the bike.
It turns out, a motorcycle helmet makes for a pretty good prayer closet.
My Scooter
I also have a small Honda Metropolitan scooter that’s fun around town. Its top speed is 38 mph—unless I’m going downhill with the wind behind my back, then it’s 41 mph!
Maybe I should tell people I’m part of a biker gang... it’s just a very slow, fuel-efficient one. 🤣
My wife and I
My wife, Leann, and I enjoy antique shopping. It gives us time to spend together.
We walk into these big antique malls or little downtown shops that smell like Grandma’s attic, and it’s game on.
We zig-zag through aisles filled with vintage signs, old clocks, things I don’t even know what they are, and furniture that looks like it came from a 1960s diner. Fun stuff.
Scenic drives together are relaxing and beautiful. We especially like driving on old Historic Route 66.
I also like reading Marvel comic books and watching superhero movies.
Yes, Christians can love Jesus and still enjoy a good superhero story.
Evangelism - Secret Identity
My evangelism ministry has always been part-time. Something I do in my free hours.
I have a full-time secular job. I’m okay with it for now.
Think of it as my "secret identity"—it pays the bills and lets me be a witness for Christ in a professional setting.
God really wants to use us in the marketplace, as He has given us our own circle of influence where we can reach others for Him.
I believe that being a witness for Jesus is for all Christians at all times.
Our faith isn't something that we should turn on for the Sunday morning church crowd and be a different person during the week.
These are some of the notes from my coworkers and partners over the years that prove we can let our light shine and be a positive force anywhere God places us.
Ministries, like people, sometimes grow and change names, but the heart behind them stays the same.
This section dives into why my ministry evolved from "Repent and Turn Ministries" to "YouEvangelized," and what that means for helping you become a confident witness for Christ.
Since 2004, my ministry name has been "Repent and Turn Ministries."
On January 1, 2026, I officially rebranded to YouEvangelized—new name, new logos, and this new website.
The primary mission is much the same, but the focus is sharper: train Christian believers to fulfill the Great Commission.
18 And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.
19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them inthe name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
The secondary mission? Hit the public venues: streets, parks, and festivals to share Jesus—anywhere people are!
I sometimes bring along willing (and sometimes slightly terrified) believers so they can watch, learn, and then say, ‘Oh… I can do this.’
We laugh, we pray, we talk to strangers, and we watch God show up.
Best adventure ever!
No cape required, though comfortable shoes are highly recommended.
I've rebranded my ministry Facebook Page with 28,000+ followers and will now be building this new website.
The goal is simple: give you clear, practical help to overcome fear and become a bold, loving witness for Christ.
I'm just starting to build out this site. Some of the first pages will be newsletters and events from our days as Repent and Turn Ministries.
They include real witnessing stories, along with practical evangelism tips and training.
Think of this as a “greatest hits” collection — take a look and learn from it.
